Recruitment Administrator

We currently have a great opportunity for someone seeking a casual contract full time for 4-6 months. The role is 5 days per week and is based in Kogarah near St George Hospital.

A prominent brand in our sector, our company provides specialist recruitment services to the dental and medical industries. We have been established for over 25 years.

About you:

We are seeking an engaging and energetic person with strong attention to detail. You will have some experience working in a similar role, whether in the recruitment industry, sales and/or customer service or dental/medical, preferably no less than 6 months experience in an administration role with some customer service included.

Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be working with a team comprising 10 others to assist with the day to day running of the business.

Responsibilities include:

Answering calls and handling enquires
Assisting with onboarding new temporary candidates
Emailing confirmations to candidates and clients for placements
Database management
Assisting with payroll preparation

While some training will be provided we do have some essential criteria for the person joining our team. Essential attributes include:

Minimum intermediate level computer skills
Experience using Microsoft Office
Prior experience with a CRM
Strong communication skills: good phone manner
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure

If you have previous experience in the Dental or Medical or Recruitment industries this will be highly advantageous but definitely not essential for successful application.
