Job Description
This is a volunteer position! We have a small retail nursery located on the lovely Fraser Coast, minutes from Hervey Bay with over 1 acre of plants, trees and shrubs.
We are on 19 acres with a cow, a sheep, 2 alpacas, 7 goats and an abundance of wildlife from kangaroos, goannas, birds, ducks and the odd koala.
We are looking for people who have their own campervan or similar to stay on our property in exchange for a couple of hours work a day. You will get a great camping spot with your own fire pit, a shower and toilet and have access to a great swimming pool and all areas of the farm to check out the wildlife.
In the nursery there will be watering, weeding, repotting and general help and on the farm some fencing, feeding the animals and general help. We will be able to offer cash work occasionally as well.
