Miners Rest F&b Supervisor - Sponsorship Opportunity

The Miners Rest Motel is seeking a Supervisor to join our front-of-house team. We are a high-volume motel with dining and bar facilities in the heart of Kalgoorlie. Our venue caters to mining, business contractors and the local community.

A sponsorship opportunity is available for the right candidate. Please note this does not count to 88 day agriculture
Applicants must already be in Australia.

The Role
Assisting day-to-day operations of the restaurant (Lunch & Dinner).
Communicate with the Head Chef & Operations Manager.
Lead a team of experienced individuals and provide training for ongoing growth.
Support operation manager on targets and budgets.
Provide insight to management regarding restaurant improvements, employee needs & general comments.
Build professional relationships with long term clientele and other guest.
About You:

Must already be in Australia.
2 years hospitality supervisory experience for sponsorship required.
Have a positive upbeat outlook on life.
Enjoys working in fast paced team.
Flexibility to work as required on a changing roster, most importantly weekends and public holidays as needed.
A la carte dining + bar experience preferred.
Receptionist experience a bonus.
Strong English literacy skills.
