Duty Manager For Busy Roadhouse

A busy roadhouse on the Nullarbor requires a Duty Manager to assist in the everyday operations of the fuel station and motel. Following the direction of the Site Manager duties include, but are not limited to:

• Directing and supporting staff to ensure they work fast, with accuracy and deliver fantastic customer service.
• Checking off deliveries and putting stock out on the shelves, ensuring the shop area is clean and tidy with all items forward and facing.
• Carrying out stocktakes regularly.
• A large amount of admin including entering invoices into our back off system, general data entry, working with MYOB and general office tasks.
• Cash reconciliation and reconciliation of previous day figures carried out on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate should have an eye for detail and be confident with data entry and using a basic Microsoft office package.

Previous experience is preferred but not essential if there are key transferable skills.

The rate of pay is $35.43 per hour flat rate with meals and accommodation provided.

There is 35-40 hours per week available over 5 days a week.
