Hotel Room Operations Manager
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences? We're seeking a skilled Hotel Room and reservations to oversee our accommodation department. If you excel in managing guest services, maintaining high standards, and creating a welcoming atmosphere, we want you on our team!
We are looking for:
- Proven experience in hotel reservations
- Strong leadership skills
- Exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of industry trends
Food and Beverage Operations Manager
Are you a culinary enthusiast with a flair for managing F&B operations? We're looking for a Food and Beverage Operations Manager to lead 3 outlets and our dynamic team. If you have a passion for delivering exquisite dining experiences, ensuring quality service, this role is for you!
We are looking for:
Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Duty Manager is ideal
Industry knowledge of wines and beverages
Strong leadership skills to achieve a positive working culture
Conference and Events background is desired
A hands-on approach to ensure smooth daily operations
Proven ability to liaise with internal and external management
Sound problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Full working rights in Australia, we welcome international travellers who currently hold a 12 month working visa
