Qualifications: to hold both Class A/B Asbestos Supervisor as a minimum.

• Responsible for the coordination of labour and the management of resources over multiple job sites, working in conjunction with management.
• Programming of works
• Quoting projects from residential, commercial through to industrial projects.
• Promotion of the business and all business sectors.
• Liaising directly with the General Manager.
• Ensuring projects where required have all been correctly notified to WorkSafe and any other body if required under legislation.
• Ensuring all information within job files, and site files are correct, and that these are available on site for inspection.
• Organising of approved subcontractors to deliver subcontract elements of multiple projects when required.
• Ensuring sufficient stock supplies are kept in the stores.
• Ensuring plant and equipment is compliant, (serviced, in dates etc).
• Responsible for health and safety compliance across multiple sites full adherence to company policies, procedures and compliance are met.
• Undertaking site Audits- and reporting to HSEQ Dept manager.
• Ensuring scope of work is understood by all site staff involved in any given project, including selection of the correct class of supervisor.
• To be capable of standing in as an Asbestos Supervisor where required including full time class A supervision and Class B.
• Ensuring all cost are within budget and cost saving strategies implemented where required.
• To have all RPE /PPE/ personal tools maintained in a clean, serviceable, and presentable manner.
• To ensure any mobile telephone, computer, laptop is only used for company always use and kept safe and secure.
• To wear company clothing.
• Driving engagement in company health and safety and culture.
• Leading and developing staff, from trainee level upwards.
• Ensuring Timesheets are correctly filled out for jobs and submitted in on time within the given time frames, time sheets need to be signed off and authorised as being correct by General Manager (currently fortnightly submissions required).
• Responsible for Stock allocation to Jobs and ensuring projects have the necessary resources to complete the task.
• Ensuring plant and Equipment is with up-to-date DOP/Test and Tag
• Ensuring Vehicles (including any towable DCU’s) are regularly checked for damage and license information up to date, gas, and any other certs or compliance are up to date.
• Coordination of clearances and undertakes preclearance inspections.
• Engage with Asbestos assessors for best outcomes for projects.
• Coordinate with client/facility staff any other person to ensure smooth and productive projects.
• Scoping of work and attending site visit to coordinate tenders with General Manager.
• Identify scope creep and variation within projects.
• Ensuring plant and equipment is looked after and maintained.
• Developing and managing budgets
• Manage delegates including training, goal setting, conducting performance reviews, coaching, and training.
• Communication, delegation, conflict resolution and managing relationships.
