We're looking for full time call centre agents to join our experienced sales team selling government subsidised renewable energy products to warm leads.

So, if you're keen to do something with a bit of moral fibre and want to help people in a different way; then this might be the next best thing for you. We believe in creating an environment that is fun and inclusive for all, but that also challenges and motivates everybody that steps foot in our office.

What we'll need from you:

• Previous sales experience
• A passion for the environment
• Training/Leadership/Team Leadership experience preferred
• Confident and outgoing personality
• A strong focus on contributing towards a high performance team culture
• The ability to manage a team towards KPI’s
• Computer literate (operate CRMs, google suite ect.)
