The Role:

As the Strategic Marketing Manager reporting directly to our CEO, you will spearhead the development and implementation of our comprehensive digital marketing strategy. This is a role for a visionary who enjoys the thrill of hands-on execution while managing a talented team to elevate brand awareness, cultivate leads, and amplify customer acquisition.

Your Responsibilities:

Craft and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns across a spectrum of channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, events, social media, and partnerships.
Lead a dynamic team of specialists, fostering an environment of creativity and growth.
Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring resource allocation is optimized for maximum return on investment.

A seasoned Digital Marketing Manager with a proven track record, ideally within the startup, SaaS, freemium, SMB, or enterprise sectors.
A strategist with a deep understanding of digital marketing best practices and a knack for leveraging the latest tools and platforms.
A data-driven thinker with exceptional analytical skills, capable of turning insights into action.
Creatively minded, with a sharp eye for detail and a penchant for strategic thinking.
A project management pro, adept at navigating fast-paced, deadline-sensitive environments.
An excellent communicator, capable of forging strong connections with team members and stakeholders alike.
Fluent in English (C2+ or equivalent), with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and account-based marketing.
