House Staging 4less is seeking an experienced Property Stylist to join our team in Melbourne. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in property styling and interior design. This role involves working from our Viewbank warehouse and traveling to various suburbs in Melbourne during designated hours.

**Responsibilities:**

- Plan and select furniture and decorative items for property staging installations.

- Utilise excellent design skills to enhance spaces and attract potential buyers.

- Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor when interacting with clients.

- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills both verbally and in writing.

- Ability to handle administrative tasks and take client calls during the day.

- Ensure punctuality and commitment to delivering excellent results within tight deadlines.

**Requirements:**

- Minimum 3 years of experience in property styling or interior design industry.

- Great eye for design with a strong sense of aesthetics.

- Flexibility to travel to different suburbs in Melbourne.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

- Commitment to delivering high-quality results consistently.

- Requires selected candidate to have a valid ABN ( Australian Business Number )
