Looking for Cook/Chef for our Ski Chalet
Position Overview:
We are seeking for cook/chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, possess a strong work ethic, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. From preparing 3 course dinner to maintaining kitchen hygiene standards, the cook will play a vital role in ensuring our guests receive a great experience staying at Sponars Chalet.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook 3 course set menu dinner.
Ensure the quality and taste for all dishes.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to delivery an on time serving.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
Assist/In charge with inventory management and stock rotation.
Contribute to a positive work environment through effective communication and teamwork.
