Picking, Packing & Customer Service For Online Store

We have a great position for an outgoing, reliable, enthusiastic person with an eye for detail.

The role inculdes:

Picking and Packing: Accurately selecting products from our inventory to fulfil customer orders.
Packaging orders with care to ensure products arrive in perfect condition, including gift wrapping when requested.
Preparing packages for shipping, including labeling and entering data into our online system.

Customer Service: Responding to customer inquiries in a timely, friendly and professional manner via various channels (email, phone, chat, social media). Address concerns, provide product information, and assist with order tracking, returns, and exchanges.

- Previous experience in a retail, fulfillment, or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Proficiency in using computers and various software applications, including some knowledge of Shopify.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages.
