Role: Customer Support Representative
Earnings:OTE weekly, paying up to AUD55,000 - AUD 70,000 per annum

Responsibilities:
Provide top-notch customer support in a B2B setting.
Responsible for managing and ensuring smooth processing of customer inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Share product insights and solutions for customer satisfaction.
Process transactions and maintain detailed customer records.
Focus on customer retention and identify upselling opportunities.
Meet and surpass sales targets.

Requirements:
Candidates must be over 18 and available to work at least 5 days a week.
Eligible to work in Australia.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential.
