Chef

Oaks Gladstone Grand Hotel are currently looking for a Chef to join our team at our Oaks and Vine Restaurant and Coffee Club Gladstone restaurant on a casual or Full time basis.

Key Responsibilities Include:

+Prepare and cook high quality food
+Supervise and help train kitchen staff
+Assisting in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
+Helping to create good communication between FOH and BOH
+Keep the kitchen organized and clean

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role you will need to:

Hold relevant cookery qualifications and/ or previous experience in a similar role.
+Have knowledge and understanding of HACCP and OH&S
+Be flexible to work a range of different shifts, including weekends.
+Be able to work under pressure within a dynamic team environment.
