We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor large-format digital printers (HP Latex) and cutters.
Operate and print sublimation products.
Handle DTG printers (experience an advantage).
Manage digital file handling, digital printing, cutting, and finishing processes.
Maintain stock and perform general administrative duties.
Coordinate with production staff to prioritize jobs.
Ensure output meets job specifications and color requirements.
Maintain printers according to manufacturers' specifications.
Adhere to quality control and OHS procedures.
Handle materials, including lifting.
Understand HP and Epson equipment and SAI software (an advantage).

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience in the print and signage industry.
Digital press and wide-format printer production experience.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
High attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
Genuine passion for customer service.
Ability to learn new systems and processes.
Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
Initiative and team player mentality.
Excellent communication skills.
