Job Title: Temporary Events Admin Assistant - IMMEDIATE START
Location: 15-31 Pelham St CARLTON VIC 3053
Hours: 15 per week (2 days a week)
Pay: SCHADS Award Level 2, PP 1 Casual $41.76 per hour + Super (11.5%)
Job Summary:
Diabetes Victoria is seeking a Temporary Events Admin Assistant to join the Events and Marketing team in Carlton, VIC. The role involves providing administrative support, assisting with event planning and execution, updating marketing materials, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders, and other ad-hoc tasks as required. This is a part-time, temporary role with 15 hours per week.
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive and proactive work attitude and aptitude
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Events & Marketing team
- Assist with planning and executing events
- Update marketing materials as required
- Coordinate with external vendors/stakeholders for event delivery
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Working towards tertiary qualifications in Events, Marketing or Administration preferred but not required
- Driver's License preferred but not required
