ABOUT THE ROLE:
At Total Interactive we are looking to expand on our existing team and require experienced & motivated individuals. The job will involve contact with business owners across Australia and New Zealand to offer free appointments to discuss mediaadvertising space for their business promotions in a range of media platforms. There is no selling required in this role, your task will be to work with a structured script and simply book qualified appointments.
Skills: Requirements The ideal candidate should have sales experience in a high call volume business, or have at least 1 year of sales/retail sales experience. EXPERIENCE IS A REQUIREMENT, BUT WE ARE WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT PERSON!!
Previous experience of Telesales in a high volume fast, paced environment
The ability to speak and communicate in a clear and articulate manner
The ability to read from script and adapt as necessary
The ability to quickly learn new computer programs
A driven person who is ready to learn, and grow within our company
A personable, funny, think on the fly personality
ABOUT YOU:
Be determined and hard working
Must be reliable and punctual
Can work well individually as well as part of a tight-knit team
Diplomacy and patience
Persuasive ability
Working Hours are:
Monday to Thursday 9am – 5pm & Friday 9am –3 pm
Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 4:30pm & Friday 8:30am –2:30 pm during Daylight savings
