Chef and Restaurateur Alessandro Pavoni along with his partners from their well-respected Two Hat Mosman restaurant, Ormeggio at The Spit, have opened a more casual yet still sensational venue in Newport, on Sydney's northern beaches. Sotto Sopra - Newport's new Wood-fired Trattoria!
Sotto Sopra is currently recruiting Waitstaff.
You must be available with an immediate start, with flexible hours.
You will be trained as part of the role.
Requirements:
• Working visa or Australian residents only
• Current RSA
• Good English verbal skills
• Experience in a cafe or restaurant
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Positive attitude
• Must love food, dining out, and providing fantastic experiences for the customer!
