Job Description

We are a horse racing stable located adjacent to the Ballarat Racecourse.

Our stable consists of approximately 20 horses and a team of 8 workers – some full-time, some part-time and some casual.

We are looking for someone who likes horses, is hard working, loyal and honest to help by doing lots of “poo picking up” in the stables, yards and paddocks. There is also sweeping, feeding, topping up waters and general cleaning around the stables and farm.

We are classified as regional so you will qualify for your 88 days of work for a visa.

Hours of work are:
5am-9.30am then 2pm-4.30pm Mon-Sat
6am – 9am then 3pm-4.30pm alternate Sundays

***Applicant must be available over Christmas/New Year Period***

Award Wages paid weekly + Superannuation

Applicants must have valid visa, be able to drive, and undergo a police check.
