Bistro Manager

Cobbold Gorge is looking for a Bistro Manager to join our team to assist with providing the true "Outback Experience" for our guests.

Responsibilities include:
Ensure, and assist with, the preparation and cooking of meals to a high standard.
Monitor quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation.
Support Service Manager with rostering.
Support and train all team members in all aspects of Bistro.
High standard of hygiene and cleanliness.

Position requirements:
Demonstrated experience in a similar role, including the ability to supervise others.
Strong understanding of food, health and safety practices.
Previous experience working in a remote/regional location desirable.
Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time efficiently.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Food Handlers and RSA certificate required.
Working knowledge of various computer software programs.
