Job Description
Events 720 specialises in custom projects in a variety of industries, from exhibitions and events, to public activations and pop-up parks. Our clients are from a range of industries and include government bodies, small business and large private businesses.
Each project we work on is different from the last, so high attention to detail and a willingness to try new techniques is important.
Tools and PPE are provided.
Hourly rate of $35 per hour, with overtime available - time and a half for the first 2 hours of overtime, double time for the rest of the overtime hours worked.
We have state of the art equipment and our team need to be able to work together to complete the project.
Must be a qualified Shop-fitter/Carpenter/Cabinet Maker
Experience with stick/panel/hardwood timber advantageous
Experience/knowledge of CNC Machines and modern manufacturing preferable.
Main Duties
Cutting materials for projects
Sanding materials and preparing them for completion
Painting parts of projects
Completing projects by assembling the components
Working with other workshop staff to complete tasks and projects on time
