About the Role

As a Sales Representative at Aussie Buckets, you will be joining the fast paced and exciting world of the attachment industry. Represent our company’s products and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding of our range and following with consumer research to identify how best to assist in driving sales.

Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics.

Our main office is based in Ballarat. We would like to conduct training in person at our office here however once confident we can leave you to your own devices, WFH 4 days a week will be available.

About You

You are an ethical, motivated and enthusiastic sales professional who is eager for a challenge. You must have integrity, confidence, intelligence, resourcefulness and be an excellent communicator.

Determination is synonymous with your personality, as is an ambition towards achieving individual and team targets.

Ideally you will come from a corporate sales background, preferably having sold in the earthmoving industry and a preference for degree qualified in either accounting, business or marketing, although not a deal-breaker.

We envisage you will potentially come from a successful sales background. Full Training will be provided.

Salary: $30.00 per hour + uncapped commission.
