Tequila Daisy Is a new Mexican restaurant located at Barangaroo Sydney, we are seeking strong chef de partie to work in our various sections of our Restaurant's commercial kitchen. We are Looking for professional, self-motivated and creative chef who is excited about the opportunity to join a young, innovative team. The ideal candidates will have worked in fast paced, high pressure environments.There are great opportunities to grow within this expanding company and also generous benefits. Excellent attention to detail
Relevant formal qualification OR at least 3 years of employment experience in lieu of formal qualifications
A genuine passion for service standards
Strong hygiene focus and system/procedure focused
Desire to learn and grow as a chef
Understanding and having an appreciation for traditional and contemporary cooking styles
An ability to work in a team environment
Work in support of Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day to day Kitchen operations
