We are a small family business with a loyal and dedicated customer base located in the beautiful Southern Downs of Queensland, only 2 hours from Brisbane
Seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Pizza Maker (Pizzaiolo) to operate our Mobile Pizza Van Monday - Friday and assist with catering on weekends. An experienced Pizza Chef with the skills to use traditional Italian methods to prepare and cook pizza with an appreciation for the art of pizza making.
Duties include the full aspect of pizza making from the hand made dough to managing the wood fire and serving customers and everything in between.

4Stagioni Mobile Pizza go directly to customer and create authentic wood fired pizza to cater for all types of functions.
Pizzas are made in the traditional Neapolitan style using hand made dough and freshest ingredients. Each pizza is hand stretched and topped before being cooked in the custom wood fire oven.
The business operates from a custom made food van for large events and regular trading or smaller set up for private functions.
