Job Description
We are looking for passionate & hard working Sequoia Host to join our team. Sequoia Lodge is Mt Lofty Estate's latest ultra luxury offering, featuring spring feed hot pools, a helipad, breath taking views of Piccadilly valley, this 14 suite boutique retreat is set to be one of the world’s iconic retreats. Sequoia focuses on exclusive, money can't buy, behind the scenes experiences that simply aren't available anywhere else in the world.
We require a superstar all-rounder who will not only be welcoming guests into Sequoia but will be assisting with hosting amazing experiences and the service of delicious food and beverage offerings. You would be a key member of our team, working together to deliver unique experiences to all of our guests and upholding our old fashioned hospitality service which is core to what we do.
Hospitality experience is ideal but we are truly looking for someone who has a genuine, warm personality who can connect with our guests and deliver exemplary service.
As a Host in Sequoia Lodge you will have direct responsibility for:
-Welcoming all guests with warm hospitality
-Managing the guest experience, arrival through to departure
-Undertaking check-ins and check-outs of guests
-Reservations, quality checks, up-selling
-Able to deliver/assist within the lodge food and beverage offerings
-Restaurant & day spa booking coordination
-Concierge, hotel information assistance
-Delivering memorable experiences
-Providing incredible, extraordinary, customer service
