Retail Event Assistant

Hi Everyone,
My name is Marc and I am on the hunt for some Retail staff to help out at the Townsville Supercars Event from the 5th July to 11th July.
We are looking for people that can and have prior experience in the following:
· Provide exceptional and professional customer service from interaction through to point of sale
· Assist customers with general queries and product information, as required
· Provide recommendations to customers upon request on available products
· Promote and up-sell retail merchandise to customers
· Maintain stock levels and ensure the shop remains clean and tidy at all times
· Communicate to supervisors of any issues or discrepancies relating to customers, merchandise or point of sale (POS) system
· Assist with ad-hoc tasks and duties as directed by supervisors and the Retail Activations Manager
· Learn, to the best of your ability, the 2022 collection (prices, specifcations etc) to be able to best assist customers
· Other duties as required by management
· Previous experience in a customer service role in retail, sport events, sport retail
· Previous experience using a Point of Sale system (POS).
· Excellent communication skills – ability to quickly engage and assist with a diverse range of consumers
