We are excited to welcome you our farm this 2022 season!!

Crown Mangoes aims to bring fresh produce from the farm to the plate. Our aim is to provide sustainably grown premium mangoes in the best possible condition to our customer's doorstep. We are continuing a family tradition and we believe each of our farm workers is part of our family...

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to fill the following roles from late October to early December:

Mango Pickers
Mango Packers & Stackers

We don't expect magic, but we do expect the following!
- A cheerful positive attitude
- Team player
- Ability to multi-task in a fast moving environment
- Ability to step into other roles and learn on the go
- Keen eye for detail and pride in quality of work
- Get along in a multi-cultural environment

We will provide:
- A good working environment
- Above or at-award wages
- Incentives linked to performance
- Specific safety equipment (sunscreen, gloves, water etc.)

You will need to organise yourself:
- Transport to and from the farm
- Accommodation in nearby town of Ayr / Home Hill
- Own meals
- Basic PPE (long sleeve shirts and trousers, covered shoes, hat)
- Appropriate work authorisation
