Moser Legal is seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated and experienced legal secretaries, administration assistants and PAs to register now for current and for upcoming opportunities.
We are currently recruiting for temps, contract workers and long term permanent staff for Sydney CBD law firms.
Our clients include:
• Small, Medium and Large firms
• Barristers' Chambers
• In-house legal counsel
Roles we fill: (immediately & upcoming)
• Secretarial / Administration Assistant
• Reception
• Paralegal
Areas we are seeing most need in:
• Insurance litigation for both the defendant and plaintiff
• Commercial Litigation
• Corporate Commercial
• Family Law
• Wills & Estates
You will have:
• 1+ years’ solid secretarial/administration experience in a (local or international) law firm
• Legal document software experience
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Immaculate presentation
• High and accurate typing speed, at least 60 wpm
• Good attendance and punctuality
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with court documents, filing, managing diaries and liaising with clients
• A 'can do attitude'
