Prince Lane Bar in Perth's CBD is a 3 storey multi purpose venue including Roof Top Bar. We are seeking an experienced CDP Chef who is passionate about their job with fresh ideas and enthusiasm. We are looking for someone with at least 1-2 years experience as a Chef ideally in a function catering or bar/pub environment. The position is Tuesday to Saturday.
Successful applicants will have:
Relevant industry and trade certificates in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
Strict compliance towards Food Safety
Be creative and have a passion for food and hospitality
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong attention to detail, excellent time management and task prioritisation and ability to work independently.
Available to work Friday and Saturdays in a busy kitchen
