Forklift Operator / Incinerator Hand

We are looking for a number of experienced forklift operators and incinerator hands to work in ongoing roles based in Willawong near Archerfield for an immediate start for afternoon and nights shifts

As an Incinerator Hand you will be part of a team of staff that receive, organise and process containers of waste in a safe and efficient manner.

Whilst working in this role, if you demonstrate the required aptitude, you may also be offered training and an advanced operations position in one of the most specialised fields in modern waste management.

Key Duties

Assist in the operation of Australia's largest waste incinerator
Coordination of waste types for incineration or storage
Perform labouring duties as required
Operation of weighbridge (we train you)
Assist with the loading and unloading of trucks
Document control
Processing of bins through the wash cleaning cycle
Assist with site upkeep
Skills &/or Experience
High Risk Forklift licence (essential)
Demonstrated ability to learn new tasks
Attention to detail
Must have, or willing to obtain, a National Security Police Check
The successful applicant must pass a National Police Check and be double COVID19 vaccinated.
