Free private accommodation and meals are offered with a generous remuneration in return for building and maintaining a suitable Hotel menu

This position would suit a Chef/Cook that is willing to provide a delicious and ‘value for money’ menu to the patrons of this progressive and friendly Hotel. The possibilities for adding value to this Hotel Bistro/Restaurant is endless with the opportunity to provide catering for public, private functions and all manner of entertainment provided at the Hotel. Immediate start is available.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 Full-time position with two days a week off depending on the events being held
 Primarily lunch and dinners, venue sponsored meals and various functions
 Menu development with Management
 Preparation, cooking and presentation of meals
 Food safety and cleaning
 Dietary and allergy awareness as required and expected
 Customer/Patron focus
 Ability to work closely with Hotel Management
 Other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS
 High communication skills
 A high attention to equipment/kitchen cleanliness
 Experience in function catering an advantage but not essential
 All required visas to work in Australia are required but position also available to Australian Citizens, permanent residents, and of course local residents.
