Job Description
We are a family owned and operated hospitality group who own and manage two venues in the Hunter Valley -Boydell's Restaurant and Cellar Door in Morpeth NSW, and Paterson Tavern in Paterson NSW.
We are seeking a chef/cook to join our team with potential to work across the two venues.
Boydell's is relaxed fine dining operating lunch and dinner Thursday- Sunday.
Paterson Tavern is a pub Bistro operating Lunch and dinner Monday-Sunday.
We encourage couples to apply where one can be in the kitchen and one can be in the bar/waitressing.
We are a fun, friendly team in fast paced environment.
Accommodation can be provided for the right applicant. Permanent position available for the right applicant. Immediate start, award wages, fun and friendly environment, live music and great atmosphere.

We are a family owned company that own and operate 2 hospitality venues in the Hunter.
The Paterson Tavern is an historic pub in the Hunter valley village of Paterson. It has a bistro and is a popular spot for people particularly on weekends.
Boydells is our other venue in Morpeth, a quaint Hunter Valley village. This is a cellar door to our vineyard and a relaxed fine dining restaurant.
