Construction Labourer (sydney & Western Sydney)

Retaining Wall Construction - Central Sydney and Greater Western Sydney Locations

$25-35/hr depending on experience.

Retaining Solutions is a well-established, National retaining wall company with an excellent reputation within the industry.

Retaining Solutions is the only company in Australia with inhouse construction, design, manufacturing, and permeant crews providing turnkey retaining solutions to the civil sector.

Retaining Solutions offers extensive on-the-job training from registered outside training organisations, and career development paths are established in collaboration with all employees.

At present, we have multiple projects underway requiring dedicated, reliable construction workers with various skill levels across Inner Sydney and Western Sydney.

We are currently seeking applicants for the following positions (multiple roles available) with the potential to move to full-time for the right candidates.

- Construction Labourers
- Junior Labourers looking to start a career in the retaining wall construction

Skills required for the position:

Construction White Card
Right to Work in Australia (working holiday visa etc)
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Good attention to detail and quality control
Ability to use hand and power tools
Be hands-on with a positive and go-getter mindset with the ambition to succeed long term within the company
Must have a strong work ethic
Fit and Healthy & be able to pass a drug and alcohol screening
Punctual and Reliable
Own transport (preferred)
PPE Required - Lace Up Safety Boots / Long Trousers (all other PPE Provided)
