We currently have an exciting opportunity for a part time Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team.

What you'll be doing:

Assist the Food & Beverage Manager with the day to day operations in the restaurant and bar
Handle guest requests, inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently
Provide ongoing training and coaching to Food & Beverage Attendants
Ensure accuracy with requests, orders and service delivery
Maintain standards of hygiene and food handling
What we're looking for:

Previous Supervisor or Team Leader experience in Food & Beverage service, ideally in a hotel environment
Thorough knowledge of MICROS POS System
Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card
Ability to lead by example
Excellent communication skills
Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
Permanent residency or unlimited working rights in Australia
