We are currently seeking an experienced boatie with a recreational license with a growth path to be a Coxwain. to join our young team immediately on either a full-time basis or part-time, depending on the candidate's availability over the Summer period.

Role Duties:

Skippering our small group cruise options.
Setting up boats for each cruise, ensuring clean arranging catering, beverages onboard, etc.,
Cleaning and general maintenance of fleet vessels.
Assist with self-drive hire boats, which includes preparing for hire, completing safety briefings with hirers, and receiving boats back at the completion of hire.

Desired qualifications/skills

Minimum marine requirement Coxswain (Grade 1NC)
Familiarity with the tourism industry
First Aid Certificate
Prior experience independently skippering small passenger boats
Must be self-sufficient and think ahead to deal with situations that may arise.
Be well present and have excellent communication.
Available to work weekends.
