Export And Marketing Project Coordinator

As our business is growing, we're looking for an Export and Marketing Project Coordinator to join a fast-growing Export Marketing Agency.

Role specific duties and responsibilities
• Coordinating outbound export development projects including supporting clients in their export strategies, conducting market research, coordinating meetings with domestic and international clients
• Marketing management soc med strategy, LinkedIn content writing, development of new materials such as collateral/templates, website update, branding, videos, newsletters
•. Inbound project coordination including managing trade delegations and trade show participation
• Develop our partners’ network in Australia and overseas
• Represent the business in networking events
• Maintain our CRM and industry news database

The right candidates will have
- Relevant experience in similar or related role
- Export Marketing or International Business experience is a plus
- Degree in international business/trade, business or related fields
- Planning and execution, analysis, problem solving, and presentation skills
- Technical background is a plus, particularly in sectors such as construction, supply chain and industrial
- Be able to work on different projects and sectors at a time
- Reliable, self-motivated and achievement oriented
- Excellent communication skills - a second language is a plus
- Rights to work in Australia
