Our objective is to make a positive difference in the health, employment, and economy of remote Aboriginal communities.
Our store management teams operate across 46 remote communities with these roles being situated across the NT, NSW, SA and WA. We are now on the lookout for management couples and singles to join our Outback family, as a result of exciting growth that we are experiencing.

About you
As a store Managers, we are after a mixed skill set, whereby you bring a combination of the following:
A minimum of 3 + years of retail (FMCG) experience in a grocery environment
Understanding of rostering and staff allocation
Experience in inventory and stock control
Administration and financial management skills
Sound customer service and relationship building skills
A passion for training and developing people
Strong computer literacy, with the ability to learn new software
The personal attributes you will posses
Integrity
Emotional intelligence – understand your audience
A respect for different cultures
Energy, Drive, and Determination
Resilience
