Direct 2 Consumer (D2C) is an award-winning marketing agency, and we are looking for enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to represent global clients for our in-store campaigns.

The role consists of providing samples and demonstrating amazing products and delicious food and drink whilst providing a positive brand experience and making sure our clients are seen and known about! This position is available in Melbourne CBD and Melbourne Regional with stores located closest to you prioritised.

Requirements:

·Previous customer service, promotional and demonstration experience desirable

·Enthusiastic and outgoing, with a natural ability to engage with the general public

·Well-presented and professional

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·Driver’s license and a car (mandatory)

·RSA (mandatory)

Pay rate: $29.23ph (Mon-Fri) / $35.07ph (Sat) / $40.92ph (Sun) + Super

About the role

The staff would be working within the stores positioned in the alcohol section at our beverage location where they would do the following:

Interact with clients as they are browsing beverages
Consult on clients beverage wants and needs
Provide samples and explain product key messages
Close the sale on products recommended
Refer clients on to available staff for any client queries they cannot answer

Salary: $29.23 – $40.92 per hour
