Australian Designer Ready to Wear brand is seeking a Retasil / Head office & Ecommerce Exec based in Rosebery

The purpose of this role is to:
Manage the store to achieve sales budgets, build relationships with retail customers by providing excellent levels of customer service, manage casual staff and maintain beautiful store presentation.
You will also be suporting head office with other tasks such as Dispatch online orders , assisting with Social media , influencers and provide customer service to online clients through DM's and live chat.

This role will have you leading:
• Excellent customer service
• The presentation of your store
• The drive for results, exceeding sales budgets for the store
• Online dispatch


You are someone who has:
• 3 years' experience in retail sales preferred
• Strong knowledge of the fashion market
• Self-motivated, confident, and dependable
• Skilled at closing a sale
• Experience managing a team in a retail or customer service environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience using Excel
• Excellent people skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service
• An impeccable eye for detail and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Can-do attitude!
