About your new role:
Working as an experienced Sales and Account Manager you will be responsible for driving sales, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service. Located in Camberwell this is a full time permanent position which gives you the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions whilst working with an ambitious and motivated team.
Your duties and responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Effectively manage client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
• Proactively drive sales through outbound calling and lead generation
Your skills and experience:
• Proven experience in sales and account management within a call centre environment
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
