Free Accommodation in a modern House for 1 person in exchange. Own room and bathroom. 25 hours of work a week. Share food expenses.

Must be easy going and have a good work ethic.

I can show you how to do the work but you will be mostly doing it without me.

The house is in a great position with a lot of things to do within walking distance.

Beautiful white sand uncrowded surf beaches are an easy 15 - 20 min walk. The Mount Coolum national park is a 10 minute walk where you can hike to the top of the mountain with beautiful views.

10-15 min walk to local shopping center to buy groceries, take away food, coffee and most things of need, also there is a bus stop where you can travel North to Coolum beach, Peregian Beach, Sunshine beach and Noosa beach and National park and South to Maroochydore, Mooloolaba and Caloundra.

There is a 620 bus leaving every 30 minutes going North and South.

Many other bush walks are all within a 10 minute walking distance.

On the 620 bus you can travel North to Noosa and South to Maroochydore, Mooloolaba and Caloundra.

There is also a 622 bus goes to and from the airport within a 15 minute walking distance.

The house has 3 bedrooms, fans in every room, 2 Showers, 2 toilets and a modern kitchen and lounge room with a TV.

There is a double bed with clean sheets, pillows and towels supplied for you.

This is not a paid job.

You work for 25 hours a week per person in exchange for a place to stay.

You work for 5 hours a day for the first 5 days then have 2 days with no work required.

Provide your own food.

Cooking your own food, washing up and cleaning the house after yourself where you are staying is required and this is not part of the 25 hours/week work agreement.

No Smokers or big drinkers.
