Job Description

Resource Accommodation Management (RAM) seeks to appoint a handy person in the Motel operations in South Hedland. This role is locally based and we expect the role will be 5/2, Monday to Friday with some flexibility.

Our Facility needs a handyperson to manage general maintenance around the sites, waste removal, landscaping and coordinate with local subcontractors. This job may suit a person with a partner who wishes to work as a utility. Accommodation will be provided



What this role involves:

Grounds maintenance, landscaping and reticulation
Initial response to maintenance requests at site
Manage minor handyman maintenance around site.
Coordinate trade based maintenance with external trades such as carpenters, plumbers and electricians.
Manage waste and recycling
Manage landscaping and reticulation.
Assist on truck day (forklift ticket or ability to gain this ticket required)

We operate a Mining camp in Norseman WA. The facility has 267 rooms and a kitchen. We require staff to work in the kitchen, our coffee shop and provide housekeeping services in the Village and the minesite itself.
