Mechanical Fitters (Maintenance & Hydraulic) Salary:$45

Please Note**
This is ongoing work with the possibility for fulltime employment for the right candidate/s. We are looking for fitters with vast experience within various industries. Shifts are 5 days per week min of 38 hours with overtime when required, steady ongoing work, workshop environment, long term contract. Great atmosphere with a reputable company.
The successful Candidate’s will have the following attributes:
Must have great attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and good English.
Able to follow instructions

Tasks will include but not limited to:
Strip and overhaul of various equipment from Naval ship Davits and all items associated with, including hydraulic cylinders, winches, slew rings, control valves etc,
Stripping and refurbishing light rail wheels, replacing tyres and the strip and overhaul of gearboxes. All tasks are carried out following strict instruction, step by step from manuals.
Maintenance of CNC mills and lathes.
General maintenance work and site breakdown work.
Interpret Drawings, Diagrams, specifications and plans.
Assist Operational staff with resolution of Complex Problems.
General Fitter Duties
NOTE: Mechanical Fitter required qualifications & tickets. Include in your CV, Mechanical Trade Cert etc.
