The Special Needs Dentistry Practice North Willoughby, Sydney

Job Description

Are you looking for a new position within dentistry or looking to grow, within a healthcare setting? Do you like cute toy poodles? (Yep, we have a support dog)

We are a unique, special needs dental practice known for the high level of care we provide to our patients. We are looking for professional fun individuals to join our existing team and fill the following role:

Dental Assistant - Assisting sedation procedures at Willoughby or in day stay surgery at private hospitals in Crows Nest and Kogarah.
The role is for casual or part-time hours with rostered day/s off.

If you happen to realise within the first few hours of working here that we are the coolest people to work with, you will thrive in a supportive mentoring environment and a fun workplace.

We have a fantastic team that comes to work because they enjoy what they do and just happen to be amazing with individuals with special needs.

But while we love our work, we don't work nights or weekends.

We are a specialist practice. Our wages are above award simply because we value our staff and they mean the world to us!

Our Promise to Our Patients (and each other):

We are heart centred - we treat each other, our patients and anyone else related to the business with compassion, respect and kindness.
We are open and honest - we are honest to each other and our patients. Integrity is paramount to us; we choose what is right over what is easy. When we make mistakes we have the courage to own up to them despite the discomfort.
We focus on creating genuine value - we are here to provide the best care possible to our patients. This is to create “wow” experiences at every point of contact. Equally, we are here to be the best version of ourselves to each other.
We are mission-focused and purpose-driven - we strive to be excellent at every aspect of the practice and drive “world-class” outcomes. We pursue our desired outcomes as a team with intent and accuracy.
