Hi There,
I am currently renovating an older two storey house and would love someone or a couple to help out. In exchange we are offering free rent in a 1 bedroom apartment with a kitchen and bathroom on the first floor of our house. My partner and I are in our 30's, both work full time and don't have as much time as we would like to spend on the house.
We are looking for short term stays as the appartment is used by family members from time to time. We do not live in a city centre so transport is a must. However, we do live close to beaches and the shops are only 10 minutes away.
Tasks will vary depending on the applicant but we are looking for:
Gardening/landscaping
painting
cleaning/tiding up the yards
fencing
carpentry (if experienced)
