Chameleon & UNIfied Energy are hiring 4x new BDMs for our NSW Energy Savings Scheme (ESS) Small Business Team, providing FREE Energy Efficient Appliances to NSW small businesses!
It’s Business to Business Sales: Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm
The Energy Savings Scheme (ESS) provides NSW businesses with financial incentives to invest in projects which will reduce their energy consumption
the role & what’s available *$64k inc. superannuation employee salary – paid weekly *b2b role; working with our team or autonomously *managing postcode roll-outs, suburb by suburb, across NSW (inc. regional towns) *educate & arrange FREE Energy Efficient Appliances & Installations *full training & ongoing support provided *own vehicle advantageous but not essential (company vehicles we can provide) *full flexibility to select shift times & territories all over Sydney *YOU CHOOSE WHERE & WHEN YOU’D LIKE TO WORK! *industry-leading employee above Award rates + uncapped bonuses! *team leader & manager roles, full time, part time & casual available *uncapped bonus structure ON TOP OF SALARY *top performers earn $2,000-$4,000/month in bonuses (consistently!!)

This is an exciting opportunity for driven individuals possessing an outgoing personality & the ability to quickly build rapport with customers. A high level of motivation and self-management, in what is an often quite autonomous role, is required, and previous experience in field services, business to business, trades, door-to-door, direct sales, retail or customer service is desirable but not essential.
