ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Award-winning and exclusive restaurant in Noosa Heads. The restaurant offers amazing Italian food made with love and local products. It is a fast-paced environment known for their exceptional service and lively atmosphere.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Preparing and cooking menu items in a busy restaurant
Ensuring the highest quality of dishes from preparation to presentation
Planning and getting ready for the shift ahead
Managing the storage of food
Keeping the kitchen clean and adhering to Food Safety Program
ESSENTIAL:
Certificate IV in Commercial cookery (or equivalent international qualification)
Passion for food
Excellent team player
Good level of English
Superb personality
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Immaculate time-management skills
Working with the team to deliver an amazing food experience
PREFERRED:
European/ Italian cuisine experience
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
