We are seeking one individual to join our team as a Campaign Manager for one of our prestigious clients. Your Role:

Drive performance of the Sydney Events or Residential teams to achieve their fundraising objectives and targets
Coach
Manage and motivate team members
Provide daily training and coaching to the team
Weekly team meetings
Experience & Skills:

Experience leading a fundraising or sales team
Proven track record exceeding sales/fundraising targets
Experience delivering training and coaching to fundraisers
Must have min 6 months direct sales experience
