Experieenced Motel Manager- All Rounder Hiring

We are seeking hands-on motivated, energetic and customer-focused staff to join our team.

This position is at our busy motels in Goulburn NSW

Competitive salary package with Free accommodation provided for right person.

Comfortable and clean 28 rooms and some long term cabins. Linen outsourced, Towels and pillow cases washed on sites by managers. can work 5-7 days a week. good cleaners staff in place. Lovely garden and ground needs attention, manager needs to be very hands- on, good at gardening and repair/ maintenance. No Pool and Restaurant on site, only cook hot and continental breakfast served in the room.

Hospitality expense is preferred, 6 month contract or permanent.

This is a live-in full time / contract position, offering competitive salary package with accommodation provided.needs to have ABN/ ACN.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Overseeing daily operations of the motel, including check-in and check-out procedures, housekeeping, maintenance, and staff management

Ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction

Managing budgets, financial reporting and bookkeeping

Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security throughout the property



The ideal candidate(s) will possess the following skills and qualifications:

Previous experience in motel or hotel management

Experience and Hands-on skills are must !

General maintenance and gardening skills required

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Strong financial and budgeting skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Basic computer skills, including knowledge of property management systems
