Kitchen Hand/cook

We are on the hunt for a kitchen had/cook to help in our busy country pub kitchen in Wandoan QLD. You would be responsible for assisting the head chef in;
Preparing ingredients and cooking dishes according to recipes.
Ensuring that food is prepared and cooked to the correct specifications.
Following food safety procedures to prevent cross-contamination and food-borne illnesses.
Keeping the kitchen clean and organised at all times.
Assisting in food ordering and stocktaking.
Taking instructions from head chef and hotel manager.

experience in a kitchen is a must and previous chef/cook experience is highly desirable.

Flat rate of $30 per hour 35 hour week.
Fully self contained Accommodation provided for $100 per week.

88 day visa sign off but longer commitment is desired.

Wandoan is a great community only 4 hours west of Brisbane.
