You‘ll have a trade qualification and at least a couple of years experience with hardscapes including concreting, carpentry, retaining walls, paving, stone work, decking etc and softscape experience with planting, turf and irrigation experience.
You’re happy to work both independently and as part of a team, ready to take the lead, guiding junior team members.
Qualifications are important but having high standards and a strong work ethic plus being passionate about your work is essential. Good communication skills, getting on with others, reliability, punctuality, tidiness and being well presented are a must.
Business is growing so you will have the opportunity to progress, take on more responsibility if that interests you. You’ll need a drivers license, white card plus a good friendly, professional attitude.
Remuneration is well above award rates $70k+ and there’s plenty of added bonuses like a work vehicle or allowance, team golf days, nights out, physio and more.
